摘    要:以6082-T6铝合金板材为研究对象,采用环境箱和高温炉调节试验温度,通过拉伸试验测试6082-T6不同温度下的抗拉强度、屈服强度、弹性模量、延伸率和泊松比,并对拉伸断口进行扫描分析,研究不同温度下6082-T6铝合金板材的断裂原因。试验结果表明,6082-T6铝合金板材的抗拉强度、屈服强度、弹性模量随着温度的升高而降低,延伸率随着温度的升高而增加,且温度在400℃以上时材料出现明显的软化特征,延伸率变化趋势显著。

Abstract:The tensile test were conducted at low-temperature and elevated temperature by using the chamber and temperature furnace to obtain the parameters of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy,such as the tensile strength,yield strength,elastic modulus,elongation and Poisson ratio,and then the tensile fracture was observed to analyze the fracture process.The test results show that the tensile strength,yield strength and elastic modulus of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy sheet decrease with the increase of temperature,while the elongation increases with increasing temperature.When the temperature is higher than 400 ℃,the material presented softening characteristic and the trend of elongation is significant.
