摘    要:石油和化工行业是国家的基础性产业,目前面临转型升级的重大需求.本文首先回顾了石油和化工行业在生产全流程的信息检测、建模、优化控制,企业经营管理决策以及故障监测和安全环保等几个方面的进展.剖析了当前石油和化工行业存在的主要问题,提出了利用现代信息技术从生产、管理以及营销全流程优化出发,推进实现石化行业智能优化制造的智能化、绿色化、安全化的愿景目标,讨论了石油和化工行业智能优化制造所面临的新挑战.

Abstract:The petrochemical industry is one of the foundation industries of the national economy, which currently requires transformation and upgrading. In this paper we firstly review the full petrochemical industry process in terms of information detection of plant-wide production, integration of data and data analysis, modelling and optimal control, decision-making of enterprise operation and management, as well as fault monitoring, security and environmental protection. Then we analyze the major existing problems in the petrochemical industry. And we propose to utilize modern information technology to realize plant-wide optimizations of production, management and marketing, so as to fulfill the visions and goals of the petrochemical industry: high-end, smart, green and safety production. Finally, we discuss the new challenges in the smart and optimal manufacturing in the petrochemical industry.
