摘    要:近年来,电力电子装置的广泛应用和可再生能源的高渗透接入已严重影响了电网的电能质量。储能系统作为电网中重要的能量调节环节,为提升电网电能质量提供了新的思路。首先,概述了不同类型储能的典型应用场景,针对电源、电网和用户侧储能应用特点,分析了其兼用于电网电能质量提升的可行性;其次,分别评述了储能系统用于解决电网稳态和动态电能质量问题的研究现状及发展趋势;提出了一种新型串并联并网结构的混合储能系统,在实现常规与电网能量交互的同时,可有效解决电网综合电能质量问题。最后,结合典型示范工程,对需进一步深入研究和探索的问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:In recent years, the widespread application of power electronic devices and the high-permeability access of renewable energy have increasingly affected the power quality of power grid. As an important energy buffering link, energy storage system brings new ideas to the improvement of power quality of power grid. Firstly, the typical application scenarios of different types of energy storage are summarized. According to the application characteristics of power generation and energy storage at both power grid side and user side, the feasiblety is analyzed when they are simultaneously applied to improve the power quality of power grid. Secondly, the research status and development trend of energy storage are reviewed when it is applied to the steady and dynamic state power quality control of power grid. Furthermore, a novel series-parallel hybrid energy storage system is proposed, which can effectively solve the comprehensive power quality problems while realizing energy interaction with power grid. Finally, from the experience of demonstration application, the key research issues of future energy storage to improve grid power quality of power grid are prospected.
