高频复合双钨极氩弧焊电源研制

摘    要:提出了一种优质高效低耗的新型非熔化极高频复合双钨极氩弧焊方法,并研制出新型高频复合双钨极氩弧焊电源,能同时输出两路电流波形:一路为高频方波脉冲电流,脉冲频率0~80kHz,脉冲基值0~300A,峰值0~400A,占空比0~100%,电流变化率大于50A/μs;另外一路为变极性方波脉冲电流,频率0~100Hz,电流幅值0~500A,占空比0~100%,电流变化率300A/ms。采用并联结构的主电路拓扑及DSP+SG3525A的模数混合控制系统,通过软件编程实现焊接电流给定信号与PWM信号的同步输出,可实现高频方波脉冲电流和变极性方波脉冲电流的同时输出。测试结果表明,设计的高频复合双钨极氩弧焊电源达到了预期设计目标。

Abstract:A new high-quality, high-efficient and low consumption welding method with nonconsumable electrode is put forward,and a high frequency hybrid twin tungsten electrode TIG power source is developed,which can output two types of current waveforms simultaneously. One is high frequency square current waveform with base current of 0~300 A,peak current of 0~400 A,frequency of 0~80 kHz,duty ratio of 0~100%,current rate of change of 50 A/μs. The other is variable polarity square wave pulse current waveform with output current amplitude of 0~500 A,frequency of 0~100 Hz,duty ratio of 0~100%,current rate of change of 300 A/ms. The parallel main circuit topology and DSP+ SG3525A control system mixed with analog and digital IC is adopted. Through software programming, the sync-output of welding current given signal and PWM signal is realized,which can realize high frequency square wave pulse current and variable polarity square wave pulse current output at the same time. The test results show that the high frequency hybrid twin tungsten electrode TIG power source achieves the expected design goal.
