铁路列车构架组焊工艺的研发

摘    要:构架是铁路列车最重要的承载部件,其质量直接影响到列车的运营安全。介绍铁路列车横梁、侧梁和构架的现有组焊工艺并进行改进,通过改变横梁、侧梁和构架的组焊顺序,实现组焊模块化,通过保证组焊精度和焊后调修等方式保证了构架上所有件的加工量均在公差范围内,消除补焊现象。

Abstract:If railway vehicles run fast and smoothly, the bogie frame is the most important bearing part. The quality of the bogie frame directly affects the operation safety of train. The existing welding technology of railway vehicles beam,side beam and bogie frame are introduced and improved. By changing the welding sequence of beam,side beam and bogie frame,the welding modularization is real-ized. By guaranteeing the accuracy of welding and postweld repair method,the processing quantity of all parts on the bogie frame is within the tolerance range,and the phenomenon of repair welding is eliminated.
