摘    要:结合核电厂管道BOSS焊缝坡口形式和尺寸特点,以及核电厂制造和安装阶段BOSS焊缝无损检测方案,分析管道BOSS焊缝主要缺陷类型和焊缝失效的主要原因。以主管道BOSS焊缝为例,针对焊缝结构和尺寸主要特点,研究和验证了BOSS焊缝射线检测透照工艺技术要点、底片灵敏度及其局限性,为核电厂管道BOSS焊缝的射线检测方案的制订和实施提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the groove type and dimension of pipeline BOSS weld in nuclear power plant,and the non-destructive testing scheme of BOSS weld in manufacturing and installation stage,the main causes of defects types and weld failures are analyzed. Taking the BOSS weld of main pipeline as an example,aiming at the main characteristics of weld structure and dimension,the key points of radiographic technology,film sensitivity and limitation of BOSS weld are studied and verified,which provides reference for the radiographic detection scheme of pipeline BOSS weld in nuclear power plant.
