摘    要:随着电网中电热等多类型负荷的持续增长,仅通过电负荷需求响应或网络重构等传统的单一调度手段无法满足配电网安全经济运行的需要。为此,文章提出了一种综合考虑网络重构与终端用户电热联合需求响应的配电网安全经济调度方法。首先,构建了考虑用户响应能力及满意度的电负荷需求响应模型;其次,构建了电热耦合系统中不同元件的出力模型,并提出了基于峰谷电价的热负荷需求响应策略;再次,建立了以一天内配电网运行成本最小为目标,统筹多时段网络重构与电热综合需求响应的配电网安全经济调度模型;最后,通过算例验证了所提模型和方法的有效性与实用性。

Abstract:With the continuous growth of multi-type loads such as electric heating in the power grid, traditional single-scheduled means such as electric load demand response or network reconstruction cannot meet the demand of safe and economic operation of the distribution network. A reliable economic dispatching method for distribution network with the combined demand response of end users is proposed. Firstly, the electric load demand response model considering user's responsiveness and satisfaction is constructed. Secondly, the output model of different components in the power-heat coupling system is constructed, and the heat load demand response strategy based on peak and valley electricity price is proposed. With the goal of minimum distribution network operation cost, the safe economic dispatch model of distribution network with multi-period network reconstruction and power-heat comprehensive demand response is co-ordinated. Finally, the validity and practicability of the proposed model and method are verified by an example.
