摘    要:为了有效地降低线路损耗和提高低压配电网的供电质量,本文提出了一种考虑网络拓扑结构和开关动作次数的负荷平衡控制策略。给出了叶节点负荷优先安排方案和根节点负荷优先安排方案,证明了这两种方案都能保证负荷节点之间传输线上的电流相对比较平衡。在此基础上,对未来一段时间内的负荷进行预测。用这两种方案及其改进方案的组合进行线路损耗估计,按照线路损耗最小的原则决定换相开关的当前状态,优化换相开关动作顺序。所提方案具有计算速度快的特点,能有效解决低压配电网三相不平衡问题。

Abstract:To effectively reduce line loss and improve the power quality of low-voltage distribution network , a load-bal-ancing control strategy that considers network topology and the number of switching operations is proposed in this paper. The priority arrangement schemes for loads on the leaf and root nodes are given , and it is proved that both schemes can ensure a better current balance on the transmission line between load nodes. On this basis , the load for a time period in the future is predicted. Moreover , the line loss is estimated by the combination of the two schemes and their improve-ment;the state of the commutation switch at present is determined according to the principle of minimum line loss , thus the commutation switch sequence can be optimized. The proposed scheme has the characteristics of fast calculation speed , and it can effectively solve the three-phase imbalance problem in low-voltage distribution network.
