摘    要:随着新能源并网容量的不断增加,新能源消纳矛盾日渐突出,跨区直流的应用有利于在更大范围内消纳新能源。目前,直流外送交易模式分为中长期外送交易和富余可再生能源跨区现货交易2种,为了研究这2种不同外送模式对新能源消纳的影响,在新能源消纳时序仿真模型基础上,建立了考虑中长期外送交易和可再生能源跨区现货交易2种交易模式的新能源消纳模型,利用该模型分析了不同交易模式对新能源弃电率、外送中的新能源成分、新能源发电量占总发电量比例、直流利用时长等指标的影响。基于西北某省的实际数据开展仿真计算,验证了所提模型的有效性,并应用模型和研究结论对该省的直流计划进行了优化安排,在保证直流利用时长的前提下有效降低了新能源弃电率。

Abstract:With the increase of renewable energy integration, the conflict of renewable energy accommodation has become more and more prominent. The renewable energy can be accommodated in a wider area by the application of high voltage direct current transmission(HVDC). At present, the direct current(DC)delivery mode includes two types: medium-term & long-term transaction and surplus renewable energy spot transaction. In order to study the impacts of these two different delivery modes on renewable energy accommodation, a quantitative model of renewable energy accommodation analysis considering HVDC transmission system based on time-sequence simulation is established. This model is used to analyze the renewable energy curtailment rate, the renewable energy component in HVDC, the renewable energy component in total generation capacity, and the number of HVDC utilization under the two delivery modes of medium-term and long-term transaction and short-term spot transaction. Based on the actual data of a province in Northwest China, the validity of the proposed model is verified. Based on the model and analysis conclusion, the HVDC plan is optimized and the renewable energy curtailment rate is effectively reduced on the premise that the number of HVDC utilization is guaranteed.
