| 摘 要： | 根据AP系列核岛主管道的设计特点和安装要求,进行主管道安装的理论分析和AP1000全尺寸实体模拟实践,研究、应用和总结AP系列主管道安装所涉及的三大技术,包括窄间隙自动钨极氩弧焊焊接技术、激光精密测量技术和在线坡口加工技术,掌握主管道安装过程中的焊接变形规律,同时解决焊接变形数据的控制和传递问题,在保证主管道安装质量的同时,能够加快核岛的整体安装进度。
