摘    要:Ti-Al系金属间化合物作为航空发动机用最具潜力的轻质耐高温结构材料,具有低密度、低热膨胀率、高热导率及耐热温度高等特点,将可能替代现有钛合金、镍基高温合金材料成为航空发动机压气机低温或高温部件重要制造材料。简要介绍Ti-Al系金属间化合物的性能特点,概述了Ti3Al、TiAl、Ti2AlNb等典型Ti-Al系金属间化合物焊接技术的研究应用,最后总结和展望了Ti-Al系金属间化合物的高质量焊接技术及在航空发动机领域的应用。

Abstract:Ti-Al intermetallic compound is the most potential structural materials with light weight and high temperature resistance for aircraft engine,and has the characteristics of low density,low thermal expansion rate,high heat conductivity and high heat resistance temperature. It may replace existing titanium alloy and nickel base super alloy material and become low or high temperature end components manufacturing materials for aero-engine compressor. The properties and characteristics of Ti-Al intermetallic compounds are briefly introduced. Research and application of welding technology of typical Ti-Al intermetallic compound,such as Ti3Al,TiAl and Ti2AlNb are summarized. Finally,the high quality welding technology and applications of Ti-Al intermetallic compounds in the field of aero-engines are summarized and expected.
