摘    要:依据国内M310、CPR1000、AP1000等堆型核电站主回路管道的焊接已陆续实现自动焊技术,在提升施工效率及质量方面效果显著,结合俄罗斯VVER堆型主管道复合钢材料的特点,论述国内核岛主管道自动焊接现状,对研发中国特色的主管道复合钢自动焊施工工艺、利用国外资源,推动国际化合作的可行性研究具有重大意义。

Abstract:According to the welding of the main circuit pipelines of nuclear power plants such as M310,CPR1000 and AP1000 in China,automatic welding technology has been successively implemented,which has significant effects in improving construction efficiency and quality. Combined with the characteristics of Russian VVER stacked main pipeline composite steel material,the present situation of automatic welding of main pipeline of nuclear island in China is fully discussed. It is of great significance to develop the construction technology of composite steel automatic welding for main pipeline with Chinese characteristics, utilize foreign resources and promote the feasibility study of international cooperation.
