摘    要:提出了一种新颖的双向DC/DC变换器,降压时采用移相控制ZVZCS-PWM全桥功率变换,控制简单,效率较高,升压时采用带变压器隔离的Boost变换器,利用Boost变换器与推挽变换器的级联,通过一种控制策略,去掉冗余元件,得到一种新颖的升压电路拓扑.这种升压变换器通过Boost和隔离变压器的两级升压,适合应用在初、次级电压等级相差较大的场合.升压时,通过引入耦合电感能量反馈辅助电路,实现所有开关管的软开关.重点分析了双向DC/DC变换器升压时的工作过程,并研制出一台实验样机,实验结果与理论分析一致.

Abstract:A novel bi-directional DC/DC converter using phase-shifted full bridge ZVZCS-PWM DC/DC converter in Buck mode is proposed ,whose control is easy and the efficiency is high.The Boost converter with transformer-isolated was used in Boost mode,which was cascaded by a Boost converter and a push-pull converter,eliminating the redundancy components by a control strategy, a novel step-up circuit topology was formed.The new converter is very appropriate to the application where the voltage of the primary is greatly different from the secondary,because of the two-stage step-up by the Boost converter and the transformer.By introducing an energy feedback circuit of a coupled inductor,all the switches achieved soft-switching when in Boost mode.This paper emphasis on the operation principle analysis of the proposed bidirectional DC/DC converter in Boost mode.On the basis, a prototype was designed.The experimental results are in accord with the theoretical analysis.
