大体积混凝土水化热温度裂缝分析

摘    要:以某大型工业水池的水化热温度裂缝为工程研究背景,分别使用一般计算和有限元分析这两种方法对该水池的裂缝产生原因进行分析,一般计算结果与有限元计算结果相近。有限元分析表明,水池池壁长边中间区域水化热温度应力较大,当温度拉应力大于混凝土抗拉应力标准值时混凝土就会开裂,这与实际结构裂缝开展情况基本一致。

Abstract:The crocks result from hydration heat were investigated on the background of a large pool.Theoretic calculation and finite element method were used respectively to analyzed the pool temperature cracks and results of two methods are in one accord.Result of FEM shows that temperature-induced tensional stress happened in the midst zone of long side of pool wall,and concrete cracks will take place when its tensional stress is bigger than the standard tensional stress value.This is identical to the law of practical temperature cracks case.
