| 摘 要： | 根据管道内涂层双组分涂料分输涂敷工艺的发展现状,对静态混合式涂敷器进行了研究。实验证明,该涂敷器具有效率高、结构简单、体积小、便于清洗的特点。

| Abstract: | Based on the status of the coating technology for the inner surface of the steel pipe using two components coating material, the separately transferred coater with static mixer is designed and studied. The experimental results show that it has advantages of high efficiency, simple construction, compact volume, and easy cleaning. |
