| Abstract: | Now Canadian vocational education is already well-developed. It has many important features such as advanced management mechanism, agile study system, and rigorous teaching criterion. The students have strong practice ability and the community colleges have good connections with enterprises. The teaching thought of Competency-Based Education （CBE） is primary. All these features have good illuminative signifieances for the reform and development of the Chinese vocational education. |
