| 摘 要： | 论述了声除灰机理，介绍了声除灰器在加热炉上的布置和使用效果。声除灰器经过一年多运行，系统工作性能稳定，未出现任何故障，加热炉热效率提高４．６％，每年可创经济效益８４．３万元，同时减轻了工人劳动强度，声除灰器产生的嗓声符合国家环保要求。

| Abstract: | The mechanics of acoustic cleaning of ash is discussed.The using result and arrangement of acoustic ash cleaner in the furnace are recommended. The acoustic ash cleaner has been operated for more than one year and the operating performance of this system is stable without any fault. The heat efficiency of the furnace is increased by 4. 6%. The economic benefit of 843 thousands yuan (RMB) is obtained. The labouring strength of operators is decreased simultaneously. The noise produced by the acoustic ash cleaner conformed to the rules of national environment protection. |
