积极创新:常州市主城区控制性详细规划初探

在主城区控制性详细规划工作中,常州市结合自身实际,对控规的编制内容、深度、方式等进行积极创新,探索建立了以"6212"为重点控制内容的编制方法,并首次使用了新开发的控规软件进行编制和管理,在标准、技术、成果、进度、口径、验收、入库和管理等八方面实现了统一,形成了一套具有常州地方特色的控规编制和管理体系。
