| Abstract: | This article mainly discusses the Office Automation System design and solution plan of Polybasicity Center of Guangzhou Railway Group.It emphasizes the hardware and software basis of OA system and the idea of knowledge management.An analysis of the realization of the core application of OA system-document management and e-mail is given,which is followed by a summary of the overall function of OA system. |
