Thermogravimetrische Wachsanalyse

Analysis of Waxes by Thermogravimetry A series of low molecular weight paraffins, micro-crystalline waxes, Fischer-Tropsch-paraffins and polyethylene paraffins were studied by thermogravimetry. Low molecular weight hydrocarbons could be clearly distinguished from each other, whereas with increasing molecular weight the differences became smaller. Mixtures of two components can be analyzed under certain circumstances.
