基于FPGA的硅电容传感器调理模块设计

摘    要:差动式硅电容传感器应用广泛,对差动电容信号的检测调理至关重要.文中以FPGA芯片为核心,其产生的正弦载波信号用于调制差动电容信号的变化,已调信号再次输入FPGA进行互相关解调及数字滤波后,得到反映差动电容变化的电容差信号,然后经非线性补偿,可以输出非线性度小于0.1%的数字信号.这样避免了采用模拟电路容易受到外界干扰,且提高了动态检测的速度和非线性补偿的精度.
