印度粉矿对鞍钢烧结矿低温还原粉化指标影响

摘    要:利用正交实验法研究了鞍钢自产铁矿配加低二氧化硅含量的印度粉矿对烧结矿低温还原粉化指标(RDI)的影响。通过对烧结矿RDI的数学优化分析,得出目前条件下,鞍钢配加低二氧化硅含量的印度粉矿的最优配比为:配加14.8%的低硅印度粉矿,20.5%的大磁精矿和41.0%的齐精。

Abstract:Effect of Angang iron ore by adding Indian fine ore with low content of silicon dioxide on reduction degradation index(RDI) of sinter at low temperature is studied by the orthogonal design method.Based on the mathematical optimization analysis for RDI at low temperature,the optimum proportion can be obtained under the existing conditions when the proportioning of Angang iron ore by adding Indian fine ore with low content of silicon dioxide is 14.8% and Daci concentrate is 20.5%,Qijing concentrate is 41.0%.
