500kV输电线路风偏跳闸的分析研究

摘    要:为预防和减少风偏跳闸 ,分析了 2 0 0 4年六七月华中地区连续发生的风偏跳闸现象 ,发现故障放电发生区域及时段均有强风伴有大或暴雨 ,杆塔构架或金具和导线均有路径明晰的电弧烧痕 ;重合闸均不成功 ,强风消失后均试送成功。分析认为风偏放电的主要原因有①强风使导线风偏角过大 ;②暴雨降低空气间隙的放电电压 ;③设计对恶劣气象估计不足。因此对发生了故障的线路 ,耐张塔跳线加装跳线绝缘子串和重锤 ,直线塔的绝缘子串加装重锤 ;对已调爬或换装了加长型合成绝缘子的交直流线路则结合所在区的气象条件全面校核风偏间隙 ;对档距中的树木、边坡等亦应校验风偏。

Abstract:In order to reduce the trip caused by windage yaw, the windage yaw trips in Huazhong area in June and July, 2004 are analyzed. In thsee cases there is strong wind and heavy rain. There arc trace on tower, hardware and conductors, the reclosing were not successful. Closing were successful after strong wind. The main reason of windage yaw discharge are: 1)The windage yaw is too big due to strong wind; 2) The discharge voltage reduce due to heavy rain; 3) Estimation of scurviness of meteorological condition is not efficient. Adding the heavy punch or jumper line insulator string on dead end tower jumper line, adding heavy punch on insulator string on tangent tower, checking the windage yaw gap combining with meteorological condition and checking the windage yaw foe tree, mountain slope are necessary measure to prevent discharge.
