Cr^4+激活可调谐激光晶体的研究现状和发展

摘    要:本文综述了近几年新型掺Cr^4+可调谐光晶体的研究现状和发展趋势,目前这类晶体的非常块,Mg2SiO4:Cr^4+和YAG:Cr^4+,Ca^2+已先后商品化,而新型掺Cr^4+晶体不断涌现,其实用化学的激光系统交在超短脉冲,光通讯,医疗等领域具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The present researches and development trend of tetravalent chromium doped laser crystals are summarized. Laser systems of Mg 2SiO 4:Cr 4+ and YAG:Cr 4+ , Ca + have been merchandised now. Many other Cr 4+ doped laser crystals have been researched. They show a wide potential application in fields of ultrafast laser, optical communication and medical treatment, etc.
