摘    要:采用反应结合技术研究了Al2O3-ZrO2-SiC复合陶瓷的制备工艺与材料性能,比较孙同的原料来源对致密化行为及材料性能的影响,含细Al2O3和粗SiC的配方获得了最快的致密化速率及最高的烧结密度,该材料经1550℃烧结30min后再热等静压获得了近100%的致密度和760MPa的弯曲强度。

Abstract:Densification behavior and mechanical properties of Al 2O 3-ZrO 2-SiC composites were investigated by RBAO technology (Reaction Bonding of Aluminum Oxide) and by comparing different starting powders. The composition with fine Al 2O 3 and coarse SiC exhibited the fastest densification and highest final density. This material was sintered for a short time and then HIPed to inhibite Al 2O 3 grain growth, which resulted in a density of nearly 100% and a strength of 760 MPa.
