构建成人函授教育发展的新模式

现行成人函授教育体制存在诸如教育观念落后、教与学脱节、资源利用效率低下、管理混乱等问题。这些问题的存在使成人函授教育在整个教育体系中的发展相对滞后,竞争力和影响力也越来越薄弱。本文从转变教育理念、积极推进教学改革、加强教师和函授站的管理、以人为本关注学员需要、充分利用教育资源等角度探索一种全新的成人函授教育模式,以期能突破现行函授教育的瓶颈,促进成人函授教育的可持续发展。

Construction of new development model of adult correspondence education

There exists the problems in adult correspondence education such as outdated concepts of education,teaching and learning being out of joint,inefficient use of resources,chaotic management,and other issues.The existence of these problems leads the adult education to relatively slow development and increasingly weak competition and influence in the entire education system.In order to explore a new mode of adult education,this study advances a new perspective based on changes in education philosophy,and promotion of educational reform,teachers and correspondence management,paying attention to needs of students in people-oriented standpoints,and making full use of educational resources.The ultimate aim of this study is to make adult correspondence education overcome existing bottlenecks and achieve sustainable development.
