我国实时动态监测系统的发展现状及实施策略研究

摘    要:简要阐述了建立实时动态监测系统对保证我国大电网安全稳定运行的必要性,介绍了该系统的子站、主站结构及其技术规范的编写和执行情况,概述了系统子站、主站高级应用功能等的发展现状,展望了实时动态监测系统未来的发展方向,并提出了实时动态监测系统的实施策略.

Abstract:The necessity of establishing real-time dynamic monitoring system for large scale power grids in China to keep the secure and stable operation is briefly clarified. The architecture of the substations and master station in this system and the compilation and execution of its technical specifications are presented. The current development situation of advanced applications for the substations and master station of this system is summarized, the future development of this system is prospected and the implementation strategies of this system are proposed.
