中密度纤维板集散控制系统的上下位机通信

摘    要:研究了在中密度纤维板(MDF)集散控制系统中上下位机的通信实现问题,并阐述了系统硬件组成和通信原理。根据中密度纤维板(MDF)控制过程的实际特点,基于OPC数据服务器,经由Fins Gate Way、Control Link网卡,实现了上位机的Kingview6.5组态软件与下位机的Omron PLC的数据通信。在实际控制系统的应用中数据传输安全可靠,提高了系统的控制精度,使控制过程更为方便灵活。

Abstract:The communication between master and slave computers in distributed control system for MDF production is studied. The system hardware and principle are described. In accordance with the concrete features of production of MDF, by adopting OPC data server, through Fins Gate Way and Control Link module, communication between Kingview 6. 5 configuration software in master computer and Omron PLC as slave computer is implemented. In practical application of the control system, data communication is reliable and safe, the control accuracy of the system is enhanced, while the control process is more flexible and convenient.
