| 摘 要： | 为了扩大环丁砜芳烃抽提装置的生产能力,运用PRO/II流程模拟系统,在分析PRO/II系统提供的相平衡数据及其预测方法的基础上,采用醇数据包和正规溶液填充方法,对环丁砜芳烃抽提生产装置进行模拟分析,与生产实际数据对比表明,该方法计算结果正确;并对扩产后的换热器和塔设备能力进行核算,为芳烃生产的操作优化及扩产改造提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | To expand production capacity of a sulfolane aromatics extraction plant,PRO/II software was used to simulate and analyze the extraction process.On the bases of analyzing phase equilibrium data and prediction method provided by PRO/II software,the sulfolane aromatics extraction plant were simulated and analyzed with alcohol data package and regular solution fill method.Compared with actual data,the calculation results obtained by this method were proved accurate.The capacity of expanded heat exchanger and tower were rated to provide good foundation for optimizing operation and expanding production of aromatics. |
