摘    要:选用聚乙二醇20000和十二烷基硫酸钠两种分散剂,通过球磨分散法制备镁锌铁氧体浆料.考察了分散剂类型及用量对浆料分散性的影响,讨论了不同分散剂对浆料的分散机理.结果表明:聚乙二醇20000具有静电分散和空间位阻分散的双重机理,而十二烷基硫酸钠的分散机理主要是静电分散作用.每种分散剂的加入量存在一最佳值,此时,浆料粘度较低、粒径较小,分散稳定性好.改性后粉末XRD分析表明,分散剂不会改变镁锌铁氧体的相组成.

Abstract:The effects of polyethene glycol 20000 and sodium dodecyl sulfate on the dispersion of magnesium zinc ferrite slurry prepared by ball milling dispersion were studied. Meanwhile, the mechanisms of the different dispersants were also investigated. The results showed that the dispersants can improve the dispersion of magnesium zinc ferrite effectively. The dispersion mechanisms of polyethene glycol 20000 are electrostatic and steric hindrance, and sodium dodecyl sulfate are electrostatic hindrance. Each dispersant has its optimal dosages. The X-ray diffraction patterns prove that the dispersants do not change the composition of magnesium zinc ferrite.
