| 摘 要： | 固网和移动网的融合，是业务融合、基础网络融合的过程。二者的融合对于全业务运营时代的企业来说，无疑将有效降低建网成本和运营成本。从网络层次划分来看，固定网络分为核心层，汇聚层和接入层；移动网络也分为核心层，汇聚层和接入层。本文将以PON技术的视角采探讨接入层的基础网络融合。

| Abstract: | The convergence between fixed network and mobile network is a process of service convergence and network foundation convergence,which can effectively help full service carrier reduce cost.Fixed network and mobile network have similar 3-layer network structure,which is composed with core layer,converge layer and access layer.The article discusses the network foundation convergence in access layer with PON. |
