| 摘 要： | 济宁三号煤矿有8条胶带运输系统,其冷却装置一直沿用传统的水冷直排方式,经过对冷却系统进行研究,除了将直排方式改为循环方式外,还在整套系统中增加了水净化装置、自动补水装置、流量监测装置。循环水采用多级冷却保证冷却效果,并保留原有冷却管路作为应急备用系统。

Research and application of underground tape transport cooling system in the coal mine |

| Abstract: | Jining N.o.3 coal mine has eight tape transport system,the cooling device used the traditional water-cooled inline,hidden safety problems,waste resources,high cost of maintenance problems.The cooling system was a long-term study,in addition to the straight way is changed into the circulation way outside,still set system increased the water purifying device,the automatic water replenishing device,flow monitoring device.Circulating water using a multistage cooling guarantee cooling effect,and retain the original cooling pipeline as an emergency backup system. |
