奥氏体不锈钢受热面管内壁氧化皮形成原理及检测技术

摘    要:分析了奥氏体不锈钢管内壁氧化皮形成和脱落的原因,介绍了一种适用于工业现场的高效检测技术。该技术可以快速、直观、准确地检测奥氏体钢管内氧化皮和管内铁磁性物质,为机组正常运行和新机启动保驾护航。

Abstract:The forming principle and causes for peeling off of the oxide skin of Austenitic stainless steels heating tube was analyzed in this paper,and a fast-inspection method was introduced. This method was direct,accurate and had high efficiency to detect magnetic substance like oxide skin.
