| 摘 要： | 研究了４种硫体系，４种炭黑和４种增塑剂对环氧型和含氮型聚丙烯酸酯硫化胶（生胶牌号分别为ＮｉｐｏｌＡＲ－５３Ｌ，ＡＲ－７２ＬＦ）性能的影响。结果表明，ＮｉｐｏｌＡＲ－５３Ｌ选用ＺｅｏｎｅｔＡ，Ｂ，Ｕ作硫化体系，ＮｉｐｏｌＡＲ－７２ＬＦ选用三聚硫氰酸作硫化剂，高耐磨炉黑与喷雾炉法炭黑作填充体系，二（丁氧基乙氧基乙基）己二酸酯作增塑剂，所得硫化胶的综合性能最好。

| Abstract: | The effect of four kinds of vulcanizing systems, carbon blacks and plasticizers on the vulcanizate properties of epoxy group and halogen-containing polyacrylic rubber (Nipol AR-Nipol AR-53LF, AR-72LF) were investigated.The results showed that when high abrasion furnace black and sprayed carbon black were used as reinforcing system, di(butoxy ethoxy ethyl) adipate as plasticizer,the vulcanizates of AR-53LF cured by Zeonet A,B,U and AR72LF cured by trithiocyanuric acid had good properties. |
