| Abstract: | Along with raising power requirement of contemporary society,and perfecting service level of power enterprises,the construction on power emergency central of power supply enterprise was placed on an agenda.Combining with the state of assets scale and information construction of Mianchi county power supply enterprises,the plan on video command dispatch system in power emergency central of Mianchi power supply company was introduced,the functions and enforcement requirements and safe measures of this system were detailedly expounded.The characteristics and significance of this plan were analyzed.These provide a reference for similar application. |
