摘    要:采用热空气喷雾干燥和过热蒸汽喷雾干燥制备粉末橡胶,并研究其干燥胶粉的形态结构及性能。FT-IR表明,热空气喷雾干燥比过热蒸汽喷雾干燥更容易引入含氧基团,造成粉末橡胶氧化分解。SEM表明过热蒸汽喷雾干燥使物料干燥程度更高,有利于水分蒸发。GPC表明热空气喷雾干燥容易破坏橡胶分子链,降低橡胶分子量,过热蒸汽喷雾干燥更能保持橡胶原有分子链。

Abstract:Powered rubber was produced by heated air spray drying method or superheated steam spray drying method, and the morphological structures and properties of the dried materials were investigated. FT-IR showed that the oxygenic groups were grafted into molecular chains easier by heated air spray drying method relative to by superheated steam spray drying method, which caused oxidative breakdown. SEM analysis indicated the materials were dried more evenly by superheated steam spray drying method, which was helpful for evaporation of water. GPC results showed the rubber chains were broken up easier to reduce molecular weight by heated air spray drying method, instead the drying method of superheated steam can make rubber chains keep original features.
