| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内某大型氧化铝厂给排水工程中取水泵站的自动控制系统。通过对该系统中设备性能的研究,拟定了合理控制方案。控制系统基于ALLEN-BRADLEY SLC 5/05可编程控制器和RS-View组态监控软件,该控制系统既保证了设备运行的正常可靠,又对设备运行性能进行了合理优化。

| Abstract: | The paper was about an automatic control system of intake pump station,which is an essential part of a large scale Alumina refinery.Through carefully research on behaviors of those equipments in the system,a reasonable control scheme is determined.We choose ALLEN-BRADLEY SLC 5/05 programmable logic controller and RSView monitor software as the base of this system to meet the scheme.The scheme can not only make those equipments good running and more reliable,but also optimize the behaviors of those equipment... |
