铣床刀柄的受力分析

摘    要:数控铣床刀柄/主轴连接系统已成为高速加工环境中最薄弱的因素之一,直接影响数控加工的精度、表面粗糙度和安全可靠性。本文采用有限元模拟分析方法,研究了离心力作用下系统的膨胀变形对连接性能的影响。研究结果表明,高速切削对刀具系统进行动平衡具有积极意义。

Abstract:CNC milling machine tool holder/spindle connection system has become one of the weakest factors in high-speed processing environment,which affect the machining accuracy,surface roughness and security directly.In this paper,finite element analysis method,the effects of the centrifugal force on the characteristics of the joints were investigated.Results showed that high-speed cutting tool balancing system has a positive meaning.
