基于ADAMS的导杆摇杆滑块冲压机构的优化设计

摘    要:为了提高冲压机构的设计质量,缩短和减少设计的周期和成本,针对导杆摇杆滑块冲压机构进行优化设计。通过对导杆摇杆滑块冲压机构工作原理的分析,建立了冲压机构的数学模型并确定了设计变量。利用ADAMS软件对该机构进行了参数化建模和运动仿真,然后以压力角最小和驱动力矩最小为优化目标对机构进行了优化设计,最终确定了影响压力角和驱动力矩的主要设计变量的参数。优化后的结果表明,冲压机构的压力角经过优化后减小了91.5%;驱动力矩减小了53.3%,优化效果明显。
