在许多旧城区中,城市的更新过程伴随着居民大量自行扩建行为而显得杂乱无章。种种突破原有空间的自扩建过程因住宅产权差异而表现出不同的特点。究其原因,不同住宅产权决定了扩建行为所涉及的特定权力角色,这些不同权力角色的介入影响促成了自扩建行为的规律性。试图通过具体案例的分析,从产权角度对自扩建行为进行分析,找到纷繁芜杂的自扩建现象背后的行为模式,进而揭示旧城空间此消彼长的微观权力特征。
