| 摘 要： | 精品酒店是20世纪80年代从西方国家发展起来的一种专业酒店类型,现已成为当代高档酒店的时尚先锋.回顾了精品酒店的起源和发展,分析了精品酒店的特征并从酒店管理和市场营销的角度对其进行类型细分,最后总结了全球精品酒店的发展趋势.

| Abstract: | Originated from western countries from the 1980s,boutique hotel,as a specialized type in hotel industry,has been a leading fashion of contemporary luxury hotels.Through reviewing the origin and the development process of boutique hotels,this article analyzes the characteristics of such properties and sub-categorizes boutique hotels with regard to hotel management and marketing,and ends up with a brief summary of new global trends of boutique hotels. |
