摘    要:从传统的渐开线齿轮出发,讨论其存在的传动问题,从而引出了对齿廓进行修形的渐开线-圆弧齿轮。首先,基于UG/NX参数化地建立齿轮模型,理论上对比分析了渐开线-圆弧齿轮与渐开线—直齿轮的弯曲应力。其次,在UG/NASTRAN环境下进行接触应力的仿真分析,并且将仿真结果与理论计算进行比较,验证仿真的正确性。最后,从理论上说明了渐开线-圆弧齿轮对弯曲疲劳寿命的改善。通过本文的研究,将为渐开线-圆弧齿轮的优化设计及实际加工制造提供理论依据。
