| 摘 要： | 介绍了螺旋伞齿轮加工工装系统,该系统是在安装在普通立式铣床的回转中心工作台和万能分度头的基础上进行改装设计而成,并确定了该工装系统的各个参数以及校核,为中小型企业设备改造提供理论依据。通过对现有设备进行改造,实现了一种经济实用的螺旋伞齿轮加工方法。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced a processing fixture system of spiral bevel gears.This system is installed to design and modify on the bases of the workbench of processing centre and universal dividing head of an ordinary vertical milling machine,and various parameters of the tooling system were determined and checked,which provide theoretical basis of the equipment reformation for small and medium enterprises.Through the reformation of the existing equipment,it is achieved that a kind of economic and practical spiral... |
