稀土元素La和Ce对铸态纯铜组织与性能的影响

摘    要:主要研究了La和Ce的不同加入量对铸态纯铜电导率、硬度和组织的影响。研究发现稀土元素La和Ce能净化纯铜的基体、细化晶粒、提高纯铜的电导率。试验结果表明,稀土元素La和Ce的加入量分别在0.04%和0.02%时铸态纯铜电导率最高,在0.08%和0.06%时硬度最高。

Abstract:The effects of addition of La and Ce into as-cast pure copper on electric conductivity, hardness and structure have been studied. It is observed that both of the RE elements can purify copper, refine crystal grains and raise the conductivity of pure copper. The experimental results show that the as-cast pure copper has the highest electric conductivity at the addition of 0.04% La or 0.02% Ce, and the highest hardness at 0.08% La or 0.06% Ce.
