摘    要:介绍了LTB-1型增产丙烯助剂在催化裂化装置上的应用情况。结果表明,在丙烯助剂占系统催化剂藏量约为4.5%时,总液收基本不变,液化气收率可提高4.82个百分点,液化气中丙烯质量分数提高2.30个百分点,丙烯收率提高1.99个百分点。添加丙烯助剂后,对产品汽油及柴油质量无不良影响,操作参数保持平稳,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The application of assistant LTB-1 in a commercial FCCU were introduced.The results showed that when the content of the assistant in the total catalyst inventory was about 4.5%,the total yield of liquid was invariable,and the yields of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG),the mass fraction of propylene in LPG and the yield of propylene increased 4.82,2.30 and 1.99 percent points,respectively.The quality of gasoline and diesel oil products were not affected by adding the assistant,and the operation parameters were steadily.The economic benefits increased evidently.
