| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了3a来造成转化器腐蚀的原因，主要认定为设备设计及制造质量、循环热水中缓蚀剂浓度失控、转化器超负荷等。经采取相应对策，加强采购、制造、检修质量及工艺改造和控制，取得了明显效果。

| Abstract: | Reasons of corrosion in three years of converter were briefed, including design, quality,concentration of corrosion inhibitor out of control in recycle hot water, and overload of converter. After strengthening purchases, make and repair, quality, process improvement and controlling, the effect was obvious. |
