| Abstract: | PTN and OTN, which are the resolution of IP over WDM, are becoming the hotspots in optical communication fields. Its application scenarios are separately aimed to the different transport layer. It discusses the current situation of the two technologies, technical features and application location, presents the viewpoints and application suggestion on PTN and OTN. |
