| 摘 要： | 针对大体积混凝土浇筑水化热温度过高问题,给出了一系列的施工措施,对冬期施工、3～8m厚混凝土基础底板内部温度和温差进行控制,成功减小了混凝土温度应力并抑制了混凝土温度裂缝的产生。通过对混凝土温度发展情况的研究,指出了混凝土内部温度、温差达到最大值的时间规律。最后结合混凝土各个时间段温度空间分布,指出了大体积混凝土养护的关键期。 |

| Abstract: | To over come the high temperature caused by hyaration heat of concrete during the construction of bulky concrete,a series of construct countermeasures for temperature control are presented,which successfully reduced the temperature stress,in condition of winter construction and the part thick beyond 8m.The research on the bulky concrete internal temperature development indicates how long the internal highest temperature approaches will take.Finally,the critical maintaining period of bulky concrete is declared,after depositing bulky concrete,according to the spare distribution of temperature during different maintaining period. |
