| Abstract: | The special structure design of the mould that adapt to the encapsulated and compression of this type coil was introduced, which based on the analysis of the technological characteristics of DMC plastic encapsulated material. And the working process was also illustrated. At one time, the high cost of buying the professional plastic encapsulated machine was saved. |
