新型接口在玻璃钢夹砂管顶管工程中的运用

摘    要:传统的大口径玻璃钢夹砂管插承口需四道密封圈,套管(筒)制作困难。在长江引水三期工程中,对管径为230mm的玻璃钢夹砂管顶管采用了新型单"F"型接口形式,进行了结构计算、室内试验和现场顶进过程监测,结果表明新型接口形式能满足工程要求。

Abstract:Traditional sand sandwiched GRP pipes with large diameter require four courses of gasket at the socket end and it is difficult to make the casing. In the Water Diverging Project from the Changjiang River (III), a new single F-formed joint is adopted for the sand sandwiched 230 mm GRP pipes for pipejacking, which shows satisfactory to the engineering requirement after structural calculation, lab test and site monitoring of its jacking.
